Tele2 Corporate PBX is a cloud solution that allows easy and quick setup of office telephony without the need for equipment or IT specialists. In the mobile app, users can create and delete users, group them into departments, configure call distribution logic and forwarding. It also provides a convenient dashboard for call statistics analysis, call monitoring for all employees, call filtering, and quick access to information on received or missed calls. Users can manage tariffs, additional services of the Corporate PBX, listen to voicemails, and set up notifications.
The "Tele2 Corporate PBX" application is designed for managing the PBX system and does not support making or receiving voice calls. Key features include setting up a voice menu, call recording, call statistics for service quality improvement, flexible settings for optimal tariffs based on company size, directories for employees and clients, scheduling audio conferences, and voicemail for staying connected with clients even when no one is available to answer calls.
